A considerate guy and his super loveable dog

I think I am a pretty darn nice guy but more than anything I am considerate of other people. In fact, I may even be too considerate with poor individual boundaries because I often place others needs ahead of my own which would probably make me a pretty good roommate. : )

I naturally enjoy helping people so I would be eager to help around the house. I am a very active, able-bodied person so there are few limits to what I could help with.

I have a 92-pound yellow lab named Boscoe who brings joy wherever he goes. I walk him at least twice a day and often someone says, "What a happy dog." He is the sweetest dog ever and I genuinely believe he adds joy wherever he goes. But Boscoe is also a fiercely loyal protector. In the rare occasion he senses danger, he will bark, and it is extremely loud. If I were an intruder, I'd just go ahead and try the next house if I heard that bark.

I attended Gonzaga University undergrad and USC Law School. I graduated law school in 1999 and passed the bar on the first try. I have practiced criminal defense in Los Angeles ever since. I was married to a former movie producer, and we were living in Hancock Park with her two kids, but unfortunately that just didn't work out. So, I need a place for myself and Boscoe.

I usually get up and go to court in the morning and then come home and work from home. Although, some days I'll have professional luncheons and other days I'll be gone to court all day. I walk Boscoe before I go and immediately upon my return.

Ideally, I would love to have a storage space for 3 filing cabinets related to my law practice, if possible.

The only other issue is that I have a Rav4 plug-in hybrid that I'd hope to find a place to plug in overnight. Any wall socket would work.
