I need a place where I can rest peacefully, M-F nights. Weekends are fine for late nights.

I''m good at keeping the place clean and tidy, r especially the bathroom, kitchen. I like to mop daily, barefoot indoors, to make sure we never get bugs, germs, etc. I never cook, mostly eat healthy take-out or supermarket microwave meals. I remove take out trash evry night

Sharing a room is fine too: I'm lbgt Freindly, fine with all genders, all orientations and races, nationalities, single gaay guuy here.

I work M-F , 8am to 4:30pm: rental w should be within one hour or less. I dont have much stuff - 2 suitcases and a box with dishes. I can bring on aerobed/inflatable bed (queen size) and a microwave if needed.

i'm non-smoker, non-drinker,. non-vaper, I don't mind if you drink, smoke/vape etc, providedit is legal.
