I'm a young professional looking for a room to rent! Currently live with my parents so my move in date is flexible and I would like to prioritize fit in the roommate and apartment. I mainly citi bike, run, or walk everywhere so my requirement is to be in Manhattan preferably below Central Park, and on the west side (closer to the Hudson River the better). Some of my hobbies include running, working out, reading, and going to random events/performances. I also like traveling, having been to 18 countries. I don't smoke, don’t have any pets, and don’t have a partner that regularly stays over, and I would prefer any roommates to be similar. I am also open to renting an entire apartment for myself, and my budget for that can be flexible.
