Looking for 2 people to team up for a house

I’m looking for 2 people to team up with and jointly apply for a house around Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, Folsom, or Cameron Park.

I’m mainly looking at 4+ bedroom houses with at least 3 full bathrooms. I’d like to take the primary bedroom and would pay an appropriate share for it. We’d figure out everyone’s rent based on the specific house and bedroom setup.

I’m hoping to find people who are generally on the same page about keeping shared spaces clean, cleaning up after ourselves, no smoking or drugs in the house, communicating, and respecting each other’s space. Occasional drinking is fine with me, and WFH is completely okay.

The goal would be for all 3 of us to apply together and be named on the lease as co-tenants. We’d discuss and agree on rent, utilities, parking, guests, chores, and other household expectations together before applying.

My move timing is flexible. I’m more interested in finding the right people and the right house than rushing into something.
