Room wanted in Philadelphia

I am looking for a room with access to a kitchen and a bathroom in CENTER CITY / SOUTH PHILLY. I am a mature, semi-retired professional that had my own business for thirty years. i want to get back in the city to have access to everything that Philly offers plus to work on a professional project /part time employment. I am very clean and I am very respectful of other people's spaces and privacy. I enjoy the gym, biking, music, art, architecture, cooking, restaurants and watching movies. i graduated from Rutgers in Camden, which allowed me many opportunities. I was able to work in Boston, New York City and the five Burroughs, Philadelphia and DC. My business also allowed me to travel the world. I was really fortunate to have so many experience's in life.

The business included high-end product distribution, product design, commercial architecture, and residential design.

I have a great sense of humor...and very easy to talk to on many different subjects. I grew up with three older sisters and had great parents.

I like to do business on the phone and in this process I would prefer all major dialogue, initial introductions, etc. be done only by phone. I have no problem answering any questions on the phone. I would also request to see the property before I commit
to anything. Please do not ask me to fill out a credit application from a unknown random website before we meet....I have to protect my identity as we all do. I already have my credit rating from "Transamerica" (one of the big 3 credit bureau's).
