Prefer private bath with utilities and internet included. Budget up to 800$ + depending on what's included. Steady job full time m-f for 2+ years and excellent credit no debt. No pets but love animals no children clean and quiet very laid back. Don't drink or smoke tobacco . Don't mind doing chores cleaning, repairs or landscaping to help.
