Room wanted in Whitestone, Queens, NY

I am a female student aged 27. I am looking for a large room or a place to share with someone. I am available to move from 4/1 and have a budget of $1,300/month. Looking for someone to room with or get a place together. I need parking !!! Whether street or driveway I need something easily accessible. My budget consist of rent as well as bill but the very Max I can go if it’s worth it is 1,500. I work at a dispensary in bayside and am currently a full time student. I love to live life to the fullest which consist of trying new activities, hanging out with friends, going to concerts/traveling as well as communicating with those around me as this ensures peace and less misunderstanding. Looking for someone responsible and respectful of common areas, boundaries and on time paid rent. Beyond that I’m pretty much and open book and very relaxed and laid back.
