I ​I am a professional vintage clothing reseller currently preparing to enroll at PCC for this coming fall to finish my degree in Radiology/Sonography. My background includes 6 years as an OTA at the VA hospital and the last 8 years as an in-home caregiver. I deeply value a stable, reliable, and respectful home environment where I can focus on my studies and business.
​My son is a brilliant-minded 10-year-old "chill coder" who loves math, climbing trees, and riding his scooter. He is very used to living in adult-oriented spaces and is great at creating his own "kid-friendly" areas without being disruptive.
​Note on our space: We are experienced and very comfortable sharing one room. We have a well-established system for our privacy that works perfectly for us. My goal is to find a single room to rent so I can stick to a budget that helps us transition into our own permanent home sooner.
​Our Daily Flow
​My schedule flows around my son's school. Most of my work happens while he’s in class. Once he’s home, we’re usually chilling—he’s doing homework and I’m doing my photography and listings. During the summer, we’re almost never home! We spend our time at the river, watching movies in the park, and staying active in the community.
​Household Communication & Energy
​Open, honest communication is vital for us. We are looking for a home with chill, positive, and productive energy. I am a non-smoker, but I am perfectly comfortable with others who smoke (outdoors only). We prioritize staying motivated and reliable, and we simply don’t mesh well with gloomy or "energy vampire" dynamics.
​What We Bring to Your Home
​Organizing over Chaos: I am naturally tidy and genuinely enjoy organizing. I’m very respectful of common areas and always pull my weight to keep the home feeling functional and fresh.
​Professional & Organized: My vintage business is mostly off-site (storage unit). I only do photos and listing at home using organized bins to keep things contained.
​Music & Movies: I love music while I clean and have a Klipsch sound system for shared movie nights if it fits the house energy.
​Green Thumb: I love gardening and would be happy to help the yard thrive!
​Reliable & Direct: I am neurodivergent and have some hearing/vision loss (left side), so I value clear, straightforward communication.
​What We’re Looking For
​A bright, quiet room in a positive, stable household. We’d love to find retired folks or veterans who might appreciate a helping hand and friendly company.
​Access to a garage, shop, or backyard shed for my furniture-making projects.
​Regarding our cat: We have a shy, outdoor-only tuxedo rescue. However, he is not mandatory—if we find the perfect home that isn't pet-friendly, I am prepared to find him a different home.
