Professional Male Seeking a Comfortable Home
Hello! I'm a 72-year-old professional relocating to the Somers Point/Ocean City area and am looking for a comfortable place to call home beginning August 18, 2026. My budget is up to $1,500 per month.
I'm looking for either a private bedroom in a shared home or a separate living space such as a studio, guest house, or in-law suite. My ideal arrangement includes a private bathroom and either access to a shared kitchen or a private kitchenette.
I'm hoping to share a home with a respectful male or female, ideally between the ages of 55 and 75, who enjoys a peaceful, friendly living environment.
I'm healthy, active, and play tennis almost every day. Staying active and maintaining a positive outlook are important parts of my life. I'm the father of four grown children and proud grandfather of one.
I'm clean, organized, financially responsible, and appreciate a home where everyone respects each other's privacy while still enjoying an occasional conversation. I don't smoke, value a quiet atmosphere, and believe good communication and mutual consideration make for the best living situation.
