Vegan Chef- Exchange for Separate Granny Flat/ADU

* Please read the entire ad before you reply, so you are aware what I am asking for in a place to live. I had to write large room because there is no other option, but this would be an exchange. I am not looking to pay rent, unless it is a minimal amount that we'd agree to and would do only a partial trade.

I have extensive experience as a chef & educator for many years in San Diego and elsewhere and can send you my resume.
I specialize in vegan, raw vegan and macrobiotic cooking.

I can work for a single female, small family or couple (male & female) and would work out the details as to what I would do in exchange for a place to live - granny flat/cottage or ADU.

I need a separate private space like a granny flat, guest house or ADU so have my privacy. I do not need furniture, just the space with wood/tile floors, a kitchen/kitchenette including sink, fridge, stove, cabinets, closet, ceiling fan and/or A/C, preferably a full bath (meaning has a tub and shower) and living space with a small patio would be great, behind the main house, including utilities and wifi.

I can also give references if you are seriously interested in pursuing this arrangement and I would like at least a 1 year commitment and we can draw up a document with all the parameters, so no one is in doubt as to what is required or expected.

I would prefer to live in Central San Diego, but in a quiet community, in areas like University City, Mission Hills, Clairemont, La Jolla, Bay Park, Kensington, and the like. I am open to other cities or states, if the situation is amenable and has the amenities I'm looking for. If I have to move father than expected, would need to discuss getting assistance with the moving costs.
