Hi there, I'm Luciano Arroio (33M) and looking for a furnished room in a shared home. I work for a non-profit organization and am in community development. I will be living around 22 days of the month in Northern California, by Grass Valley, but having to come into the city for work 8 days of the month. I plan on coming in every other week for 4 days (Monday-Thursday) and will not be around on the weekends. I'm sociable but not ever in other people's business, I like to keep my room and shared spaces tidy and am happy to help make the space comfortable for everyone.
