Hi! I’m a 30-year-old baker looking to rent a room or apartment. I’d preferably like to live with other women, though it’s not a dealbreaker. I tend to keep to myself, but I’d love to have a friendly and respectful relationship with my future roommate(s) :).

I’m very neat and would prefer living with people who are also tidy. Ideally, I’d like to have my own bathroom. My budget is up to $2,000/month, and I do have one car.

I work early mornings (5:00 AM–1:30 PM), but I’m a heavy sleeper, so everyday noise usually doesn’t bother me (unless you're throwing a party). I’m okay with pets, occasional guests (I sometimes have my sister or a friend over), and smoking as long as it’s kept outside.

I'm open to meeting in person first or even looking for an apartment or home together!
