Quiet Tech Professional Looking For Room

Hi, I'm a 40yo IT Data Engineer. I work from remotely full time. Laid back and mostly quiet. I like to binge TV shows, anime, go out hiking, camping in my RV, go out for drinks. I'm also a foodie so I like to check out new restaurants.

Budget is tight and I need roommates to save up until I get promoted or get a new job and be able to rent my own place again.

I have my 4yo old daughter every other week. I also have two senior dogs which are potty trained and sleep most of the day. They rarely bark and I haven't had issues with previous roommates' cats and dogs.

I am currently on a month to month room share. I am moving out ideally by the end of July.

Looking for short term for about six to nine months. Open to do longer term for the right place.

My ideal roommate(s):
- Career and education first minded
- Enjoy keeping the place clean and organized
- If they smoke, they do it *outside only*
- Friendly, social roommates who like to get together every once in a while
