I'm a CUNY graduate working full-time and looking for a room for the long-term. My ideal range is $1,200 a month or under.

I'm currently living and volunteering in northwest Queens (near Woodside, Sunnyside, Elmhurst and Astoria) and would like to stay in the area.

I'm fairly quiet (enjoy reading, writing, watching films with headphones and putting up art), prefer to go out instead of having guests over, am good with other people's pets and have had an easy time sharing space and cleaning responsibilities with previous roommates.
