I currently live in Winter Hill and my lease is ending 831 2026. I would like to move into a place that’s very close to the place. I’m living in now because it’s convenient to commute to my job.. I work in downtown Boston I work a hybrid schedule two days in the office in three days remote in a home office.
My one must have is at lease that carries only sole liability.. if a lease has mutual and joint obligated clauses, I am not interested in viewing the property.
I am very professional need quiet, but friendly. I would like a shared Department I would prefer more then one bathroom if there are more than two people if possible, but that is not a dealbreaker. In the unit or at least in the building, laundry is key. I’ll be a long-term lease as long as the lease is not mutual or joint obligated . .
