Looking for a sublet from UES/uws to east/west village for Dec - June (or a lease takeover 6-12 months). If you have a room with a private bathroom or studio / 1 bdrm available I am also interested but need something that is under 3k and preferably with laundry in building! I'm a full time fitness instructor and movement specialist who works everyday, all day but likes to relax at home in the evenings. I don't smoke, don't have any pets and am very clean, respectful and quiet. My current apt had a pipe burst so this is a sudden move so apt can be renovated (and sold by landlord).
