Hi, I’m Chanice! I am looking for a roommate to search for a spacious 2 bedroom apt. together. I won’t be available to move until June, so I’m hoping to get a head start on connecting with potential roommates.

I’m a NYC native, and work an office job with a few remote days each week. I’m generally pretty quiet and value a calm, comfortable home, but I’m friendly and enjoy a good balance of socializing and personal space.

Since I WFH, I’m looking for a someone who also values a clean, inviting, smoke-free shared space. I love animals but prefer a pet-free home at this time.

I’m open to subway-accessible neighborhoods in Brooklyn or Central/West Queens.
