Seeking Room for 1-year Lease

Hi, I’m looking for a bright, spacious apartment to share with chill and like-minded roommates. A reasonable walking distance to subways and ~45 minutes to the city and Queens (L and G lines preferred). My move in date will be Sept. 1, as my current lease expires in late August.
Ideally, I’d want to share a space with 1 or 2 other roommates. I’m open to all genders but preferably other women.
I’m a college administrator and work full time with 1-2 days from home every week. I’m vegan, and finding other plant based roomies would be cool, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. Outside of work I like to go out with friends, visit museums, be out in nature etc. Otherwise I’m at home working on art, watching shows or playing the Sims. It’d be great to have roommates that double as friends too, but no pressure there :)

I can be pretty quiet and to myself usually, but I’m very easy to get along with. It’s important to me that there’s collaboration to maintain a clean and organized space and open communication. If it sounds like we’re on the same page, please don’t hesitate to message me!
