Room wanted in quiet, well-managed house

Hi there!

I would like a room in a shared accommodation; ideally with a bit of space (private bathroom is a bonus).

I need certain things like good internet and a reasonably quiet location.
Would be very useful if some amenities (such as a grocery store and public transport) are nearby.
I also need access to a kitchen (!).

About me:
45, Irish, non-smoker/no drugs or alcohol, no pets.
I am confident, well-mannered, tidy, clean, quiet, helpful, sociable, and respectful.
Also very independent and like my privacy too.
Mature, quiet, independent house mates would suit me best.

Available to move in from the end of September.
