Room wanted in quiet, well-managed house

Hi there,

I would like a room in a shared accommodation; ideally with a bit of space (ensuite is a bonus).

Happy to share the home of course, but I would prefer ideally to have two other housemates max.

I need certain things like good internet and a reasonably quiet location.
Public transport needs to be in walking distance, as I will not have a vehicle on arrival.
Would be useful if certain amenities, such as a grocery store, are nearby (but I'll do my main weekly shopping online).

I am confident, well-mannered, tidy, quiet, helpful, sociable, and respectful. I'm very independent and like my privacy too, and not looking to spend all my time socializing in the communal areas.
Mature, quiet, independent house mates would suit me best. I am friendly, but I am not looking to be a new friend for anyone so inclined.

I am also good at cleaning up after myself and can contribute to common areas etc, but PLEASE, no control freaks or O. C. D. types! lol.

I am good at organising, DIY, v basic mechanical stuff etc, so capable of fixing some issues that arise within a property, if required.

Available to move in from the end of September.
