Hi! I am a 28 yo law student, looking to sublet a room between September and roughly April/May (I am flexible!). I have a cat but she can be constrained to my room (although she is very friendly). I keep pretty normal hours, am out of the house often, and don't intend to host any social gatherings. I smoke sometimes but never inside. I am trans (they/she pronouns) and don't care about my housemates' gender as long as they don't care about mine. :)
