Room wanted in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria + areas

I am a professional male aged 69. I am available to move around mid November have a budget of $780 up to 980 monthly.
I would like to share with males, females or both ideally between 25 and 90 years old. I’m a US Army Veteran Master Executive Chef, I obtained my 2 first Culinary Degrees in the Army, summer 2023 I received my Masters in a small town just off the coast of Santorini, Italy, Bartender, wine Specialist and been in same industry for 53 years. I’m quiet, very clean, trustworthy, respectful, gentleman, sincere, non smoker, no illegal drugs, rarely to minimal alcohol beverages, I’d rather cook with my alcohol than consume it, I’ll enjoy a flavorful glass of red wine or a wonderful flavored of Negori Sake, preferably a glass or two of wine once in a great while. I hope to open an Asian style kitchen called a Okazuya style delicatessen as soon possible after winter in area or nearby cities. Previous Catering Chef, contract chef throughout 43 states, commercial / residential cleaner & housekeeper, personal / private Executive Chef, major culinary cuisine & baker, commercial & residential kitchen detailer, cleaner, my happy spot mostly is in the kitchen as it relaxes me. Also, into Abraham Hicks & Vortex Manifestations. I’m seriously looking to make Phoenix, Scottsdale, Flagg Staff, or Peoria my home base for my businesses as well as my new home. I’d be happy to share my cooking experience with you, love dogs, I do make fresh healthy dog snacks, meals & for kids too. I lost everyone in my family to accidents and natural causes as well as recently divorced.
