Pet-friendly furnished private unit wanted

Hi, I’m Amy. I recently completed my master’s in Information Systems and am starting a remote role in tech/business systems. I’m looking for a private furnished unit in the Phoenix metro area.

I’m looking for a self-contained setup, such as a furnished studio, 1-bedroom, guesthouse, casita, ADU, private back house, or similar. I am not looking for a room in a shared home or a roommate situation.

Preferred areas include Central Phoenix, Arcadia/Arcadia Lite, Biltmore, North/Central Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, or nearby safe, quiet areas. I’m open to other Phoenix metro areas for the right fit.

I’m looking to move as soon as possible, ideally mid-July to early August, but I’m flexible on exact dates for the right place. Ideally looking for 2 to 4 months or month-to-month.

I have 1 dog and 1 cat. Both are friendly, well cared for, and well-behaved. The place must be pet-friendly. A private fenced-in yard or outdoor area would be ideal, but it is not required.

Since I work remotely, reliable Wi-Fi and a usable work setup are important. Ideally the unit has a desk, dining table, or dedicated work surface where I can comfortably work on a laptop, with room for a monitor if needed.

My ideal budget is under $1,800/month, but I’m flexible up to around $2,000 depending on location, utilities, furnishings, lease terms, and outdoor space.

I’m quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful of parking, noise, shared outdoor areas, and property rules. I don’t smoke cigarettes, can provide an employment offer letter as proof of income, and am happy to complete any standard screening process.
