My name is Mehdi and I am 37 years old, I just moved from NY and originally from Morocco.

Im planing to move to Miami area in a few month beginning of sep specifically. Here is a little Bit about me : I have been living in NYC for the last 15 years and finally decided that I need a change. So after visiting Miami a few times in the last 5 years, I’ve decided to move to fl .

A little bit about me: I am a professional chef and have been cooking for over decade . My specialty is French & Italian cuisine and I absolutely love what I do.
I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge even more in cooking, with the ultimate goal of opening my own restaurant someday.

I am looking for a studio by myself or maybe 1 Roomate apartment share under $1000 to move into in Miami/forte Lauderdale or palm beach area .
I am single with no kids, easy going, clean, neat and I do not smoke or drink.

I have been living in the same house for the last 10 years, so my landlord knows me well and can vouch for my rental history.
I am very responsible and have always paid my rent on time and have a great credit score.
My main priority in looking for an apartment or studio is safety and a good vibe where I’ll be calling home.

I can provide references from my current apartment upon meeting the right person..
I plan on taking a few weeks to get there and making stops along the way.

I look forward to finding the best apartment fit for me and starting a new life in Florida .
