Room Wanted – Queens/NYC (Open to Philly)

Hi, my name is Andrew. I was born in Rego Park, Queens, and grew up on Long Island. I work in data annotation (training AI chatbots) and run a few established online businesses, which gives me a stable, remote setup.

I’m clean, respectful, and low-key day-to-day. I keep a steady routine and value a calm, low-drama living environment. I’m pretty independent and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m currently renting my own studio in Philadelphia, and I’m now looking to relocate to NYC (ideally Queens, but open to other boroughs). I’m also open to the right opportunity in Philadelphia. I’m looking for something stable/longer-term if it’s a good fit, in a calm and respectful household.
