Hi, my name is Andrew. I was born in Rego Park, Queens and grew up on Long Island. I work in data annotation (training AI chatbots) and also run a few established online businesses, so I have a stable setup.

I’m clean, respectful, and low-key day to day. I tend to keep to myself, maintain a steady routine, and I’m easy to live with. I’m mindful of shared spaces and generally keep things simple.

I’ve been renting my own studio in Philadelphia for about a year, and I’m now looking to move back to NYC. I’m open to a good roommate setup.

Ideally, I’m looking for something stable and longer-term in a laid-back, respectful household where everyone does their own thing.
