Room Wanted – Philadelphia

Hi, my name is Andrew. I work in data annotation (training AI chatbots) and also run a few established online businesses, so I work primarily from home and have a stable setup.

I’m clean, respectful, and low-key day to day. I tend to keep to myself, maintain a steady routine, and I’m easy to live with. I’m mindful of shared spaces and generally keep things simple.

I’ve been living in Philadelphia for about a year and am looking for a comfortable room or private living setup in the city. I’m open to a traditional room, but especially interested in something with a little extra privacy or independence; for example, a private bathroom, larger room, basement/in-law style setup, or something similar.

I don't need a full kitchen, so a setup with basic food-prep amenities can work well for me.

I'm flexible on length of stay and particularly open to month-to-month arrangements. Ideally, I'm looking for a laid-back, respectful household where everyone generally does their own thing.
