I'm 63 very respectful. Private entrance would be nice. Private bathroom. I have a 4 door 4x4 pick up. Need some room to park hopefully not in the street. Don't mind helping out around the property. Great sense of humor. Easy going. As far as what I expect from roommates. Just be honest with me, don't be afraid to ask me for a hand with whatever. I do get up really early for work about 4:30 am. I will be as quiet as possible. Hence the private entrance. I get my 12 year old daughter on the weekends. Pick her up sat. Mornings take her back Sunday night. But we usually are out doing stuff.
