Room wanted in New York

My name is Kim Shirin Cupal, I’m an Austrian audio journalist currently living in NYC, where I work as a podcast producer.

I’m a rather calm and easygoing person. I spend most of my free time reading or listening to audiobooks, music, and podcasts. I also love exploring art, theater, and movies with friends—but to be honest, my work and studies take up a good chunk of my time. I usually get up early, go for a run, and then head straight to work (at least three days a week).

For me, feeling at home in a place is definitely about the space itself but also about the people I live with. That’s why I’m looking for a room in a flat with warm, friendly, and curious housemates—people who maybe share some similar interests and also enjoy a calm, relaxed vibe.

I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and don’t have pets. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly. I can be a bit scatterbrained at times, but I always make sure to keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
