Room wanted

Hello! I am a professional tattoo artist of 7 years who works out of a private studio. My schedule is never really concrete but keep to myself mostly anyway. I have two cats. Boots and garbage. Both very lovable. Garbage tolerates dogs but is occasionally sassy towards them. He’s great with his brother boots but has never lived with any other cats. Would definitely have to be careful with the introduction so they get off on the right foot. I’m too left wing to be able to live with a republican/conservative unfortunately. No offense, politics are just too crazy and I would like to not argue about it with my roomates. I don’t really party, but I do like having the occasional friend over for a visit, or even a board game night with a few friends. I smoke weed but im capable of keeping it out of the house if you prefer. I’m a flexible person overall and am mostly looking for something affordable and chill. Would prefer a roommate that can respect a need for quiet after midnight. I won’t leave a mess in shared spaces. And I’ll do my best to provide protective covers for furniture so the cats don’t scratch them up.
