Looking for a private room, close to Sawtelle area

Hey everyone! My name is Jethro, I’m 25 and I am a professional dancer planning to move to LA around the end of July/beginning of August. I am looking for a private room in a shared apartment/house, with easy access to the Sawtelle-area. I will initially be without a car, and so ideally I’d like to be close to the E Line. My budget is between $1000-$1300.

A bit about me: I’m originally from the UK, currently living in Colorado ⛰️ I grew up in Eastern Europe and trained in classical ballet at a vocational school in London. Since then I’ve danced professionally in Boston, London, and Colorado—and now LA! I’ve spent a lot of time living in house-shares, so I’m very comfortable sharing space with others. I’ve really loved having roommates who become friends, where we can maybe grab a drink now and then. I also really value a calm, respectful home as I know we all have busy lives.

I’ll be working with a ballet company for most of the year and staying active in the LA dance scene, so I likely won’t be home all that often.
