Looking for a roomie/room!

Girls only please! I am looking for either an available room in a 2 bed apartment or a roommate to apartment search with for a May or sooner move in. I’m targeting newer builds or slightly luxury apartment complexes in Long Island City. My budget is $2200 and the apartments I’m targeting seem to be $4000+ so I’d be looking for a roomie with at least a $2k budget but ideally more.

I’m very clean and am scared of pests so am very mindful of food crumbs and like to wipe down the stove every time I cook, vaccum/mop the kitchen multiple times a week, and would like a roommate with a similar mindset when it comes to cleaning!
