Looking for cool person to room with or buddy up

Hi! Looking for somebody to either rent a room out of their current apartment or house, or looking for someone to buddy up with to find a new apartment either way. I don't drink or do drugs or party. Just want to live with somebody who can be cool with me and wants to live in Los Angeles, preferably Burbank, North Hollywood type areas. But really open to anywhere that's close to where I need to be. I've already lived in Los Angeles so I could show you around if you're new to the area. I don't have a car so I don't need parking. And also have a, serious life-threatening allergy to cats so I cannot live with a cat. But otherwise anything goes. Prefer non-smokers due to the fact that I have asthma. But ready willing and able to work with you and hope to meet you soon!
