My needs are very simple: a furnished room in a clean quiet place.
I'm a video editor and would like to be close to where I've been working for the last 7 years, in either the South Slope or Sunset Park neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
I'm originally from Iowa, which is like Canada, meaning, folks from there tend to be polite, considerate, respectful (at least in my experience).
