Londoner in New York / Summer rental or buddy-up

I am looking for a short-stay room/flat/apartment ideally within or nearby the west village for an immediate/very soon move-in!

My family home is being rented out to a couple from California so I need a place to stay for a month (or two) so I can plan my revenge against my letting agent for renting out the house to -west-coasters- DURING Pride month.

As a flatmate I am clean, I am -sometimes- entertaining and almost always doused in overpriced eau de parfum. Happy to be conversational or not at all, boundary-setting is my forte and I am very good at ordering take-out. I can not cook for the life of me so don't expect any of THAT.

Me singing in the shower is optional. Me crying in the shower is not. Sorry.

For work, I'm a consultant for an aesthetics clinic (that's also based in the west village) so if you pick me (choose me, love me) to take over your room I can throw in some nice discounts on that Botox you (may) or your friend (definitely) need.
