Grad student looking for a small room
Hi Y’all,
I’m Lucy, I’m from Atlanta, and I’m starting a graduate program at Hunter College in the fall.
I’m in my early 20s, I’m super affable and can find anything in common with just about anybody, but I also appreciate time alone. I’m clean and considerate, I will help in any upkeep practices already established in your space. I’m studying urban planning so I’m really looking forward to experiencing everything nyc has to offer (and giving back to it when I can.)
I’m ideally looking to start renting somewhere starting July 1st. I really only want a small room, as I’m not bringing much with me. I’ve visited ny several times, and I know that Astoria/Steinway is where I would love to live, but I’m open to anywhere as long as it’s within a 30 minute train commute to the UES.
I plan on working at least half time while I’m in school, but I also have extra financial aid from school and a guarantor to help me meet any income requirements. I also have good credit and a good rental history.
Feel free to reach out if you think I’d be a good fit or if you have any questions!
