Easy to live with

I am seeking clean, comfortable, accommodations in a safe neighborhood, preferably with my own bathroom. I'd love an open well-lit home with a yard. I need a little space to be creative and some privacy. Certainly not afraid to share housework or gardening. I prefer someone who respects a clean home, nonsmoking, not big on drinking housemate. I love to cook and believe that there is always time for a good meal. If you were my housemate, you will find I am clean, respectful of your home and I will always pick up after myself. Love music and quiet. I sometimes stay up late watching movies and reading.
