Looking for room with unique roommates

About myself:
I am Olya. I am professional. In US near 1 year.
Before that, I lived in Berlin for 1.5 years. in Kyiv, Ukraine, I have my own small luxurious apartments . But due to the war, I left the country. I have two higher education degrees in management and marketing, but for the last 5 years I have been passionate & successful in DJing. I play stylish music in unique places (not clubs).

I am 40 years old, very positive with pure energy, stylish, focused on self-growing. I don’t smoke, I don’t use substances, I rarely drink, only if it’s for an aesthetic moment. I respect my health and my body. I am passionate about self-development, meditation, brain, music.
In my free time I study English (I'm not fluent enough, but I'm in the process). I am in love with cleanliness and order in the house. This is one of the important aspects in life. I love harmony and balance.

My predicted daily routine in NYC:
Wed-Sat (sometimes Sun) from 7 pm to 12 am I am working.
 Until 9-10.00 in the morning, I usually recover. After: yoga or walking outside, English lesson, preparing new playlists for the performance, buying music, or tasks related to professional development.
In my free time, I would like to explore New York more for my future opportunities.
