I am a 40 year old, newly divorced single I am a business professional and I am a recruiter for a mid size organization straight man looking for a new home. One roommate would be preferable, but I could handle two with the right people..

A little about me:

I am a business professional and a recruiter for a mid size organization.
I am super laid back, outgoing and easy to get along with. I love to laugh, make people laugh and I am quick to make fun of myself when it is necessary (which is often). I have a very serious job, but I am a big kid inside (I don’t mean immature, I just mean I love to have fun and I won’t ever fully grow up lol). I love adventure, traveling, skateboarding, snowboarding, golf and most other sports. I love being outdoors and I am very stoked for the summer! That being said, I love just as much kicking back and watching a good movie when I have the time but I’m super busy. I am a movie buff, a massive music fan ( underground hip hop, punk, and most everything else). I also love to play music. I am newly divorced, and I am new to the area so it would be cool to live with someone had similar interests and lifestyle but not a must. I am hoping to meet someone that is at least chill and is also easy to get along with. I don’t have any pets, and not because I don’t like them (huge animal lover), mostly because I don’t have time.

Living habits:
I am respectful, clean and courteous. I have a good job, and I like working so I pay my bills always on time. I am not a huge drinker, but I don’t mind having a few here and there. I don’t judge anyone for their life choices, as long as it doesn’t interfere with me feeling comfortable in my own home.
I like having a tight and clean house, and I believe in being equal when it comes to chores, cleaning, and things that need to be done. I know I’m a good roommate, and I’m def being very picky transitioning into this lifestyle again. I hope you are too.
