Writer Seeking Moderately Quiet Room W/ Work Space

I'm a keynote speaker and published, award-winning novelist, currently working on a true-story screenplay with a writing partner in California. Also researching and writing a non-fiction work on a successful keynote address.

Healthy and generally fit at 80 years old. Downsizing and selling my home of 11 years (in Center Grove/Greenwood area). Have family close by. Not certain if I will remain in Indiana.. But I intend to stay for a minimum of three to six months before I make any serious decisions in that regard.

Need a large, separate, quite room for a decent-sized writing/research desk (and my treadmill). Flexible about furnished/unfinished.

Off-street parking for one car (covered parking preferred); the neighborhood in general (convenience, noise, and security-wise); and, if there would be any degree of possible garage or attic storage (or another unused room for which I would pay a little extra) in order to store some of my extra writing and research materials and personal goods that won't fit in one large closet.

I do have a small house broken, 13-lb, 14-year-old Affenpinscher/Poodle rescue dog.

I understand if I'm asking too much, upfront... but, hey, after all these years I just want to feel comfortable.

By the way, I'm a darn good cook.
