Room wanted in Spokane Valley, Spokane County, WA

A little bit about my current situation...I just recently moved out of my last apartment where I had been renting for a year as of this month (May) because of black mold in the building structure. My landlord insisted that some bleach would clean it up but the building was ultimately in terrible condition due to lack of proper maintenence throughout the last 50 years that it's been standing. Once I discovered the black mold, I packed my apartment up, put everything i owned in storage, grabbed my cat and moved out not having another place to move to. Im absolutely positive that the mold has been the root cause of my most recent health complications and I wasn't willing to stick around knowing that my safety was being compromised and the effects it has been having on my overall health.
I have an indoor cat who my certified E. S.A. with paperwork and he is my companion and I will not consider getting rid of him. He is well taken care of and current on all of his vaccines.

I technically have no "employer" because I work for myself. I am an independent, residential house cleaner and have been finding and working with my own clients as of late August 2023. My work is consistent and I work with 85% of my clients on a scheduled and regular basis. The amount I make every month varies but averages around $2k per month and I have plans to increase my income once I'm in a stable environment again.
I'm looking to rent a 1 bed 1 apartment with w/s/g included within the cost and monthly rent preferrably around $1000 or less. Studio will be considered depending on the size.

A little bit about me....
I'm friendly, personable, understanding, and easy to get along with. I'm generally a happy person and am easy to work with. Im a hard worker and have a strong sense of accountability in any and all work that I do.
I'm well known for my "bubbly" personality and how much I smile and enjoy laughing.

Moving out of my apartment has really turned my world upside down and I'm really in an uncomfortable and unstable condition where I just need a place to call my own so I can maintain my business and personal stability for myself and for my cat.
