Male seeking private room & bathroom in WeHo

Hi! I’m seeking a temporary short term place in WeHo. Looking for a private room AND private bathroom in West Hollywood. My budget is $1,500 or less (including utilities).

About me - I’m a 28 year old gay male. I’ve lived in LA for 8 years until last year when I decided to head to Vegas. I’m friendly, easy going, respectful of other’s spaces. I’m usually very busy and out of the way. I tend to get along with pretty much anyone. I am clean and don’t smoke or do drugs. I drink on occasion, socially when out with friends. I enjoy movies, hiking, theme parks, pop music, reality tv, hanging out with friends. I am the creative type. I’m currently working freelance which varies in hours of the day, generally evening/night time.

I’m looking to relocate back to WeHo before summer hits, ideally before end of May, but I’m willing to wait until June. I’m flexible in lease terms. I would prefer short term for now, but willing to do longer if we feel the vibe is right or if you require a longer lease.
