Need a Quiet, Pleasant Place ASAP!!!!

US: Two Females: one retired, one very active. We lived in the same space for many years making happy, family memories and are now at a New Start.
We are two people temporarily looking to share one room or apt. Sublets and short term leases, home/condo/apartment sitting also a possibility. We need something ASAP and are willing to barter cleaning, grounds-keeping, pet-sitting services to make that happen as well for a lower price or in exchange to "homesit." Both are trust worthy ladies who have old fashioned values and love integrating the old and new.

Us: Older Mom & daughter. Need something temporary (possibly 3-4 months) until we can get things in order. We are flexible to terms of stay. If the arrangement works for all, may extend to longer term. Both Exceptionally clean, non-smokers, mostly quiet, no drugs or illicit behavior. A lil fun and a bit of sass from time to time with some punchiness never hurt anyone though. We are energy savers, good at rotating chores, tending to all things domestic. Both of us enjoy cooking and baking so if the smell of food is okay with you, then it's a match! Positive people and healthy communicators/roomies are MOST WELCOME! Fitness is important to me, as well as keeping mom and I active and healthy. Prefer Females who are Responsible, Educated Women to share spaces with or rent from. "Dogmates" are also plus!

If this sounds good, or even if you know of someone else around the area renting that might be interested, please let us know. We prefer smaller buildings or a private home to live in with lots of light or access to yard/balcony. These are preferences of course.
