Great Home in The New Year!

US: Two family members temporarily looking to share ONE room. One of us is usually out, the other will stay home more often. We can Sublet, do short term leases, home/condo sitting are also a possibility. We are willing to barter cleaning, grounds-keeping, or pup-sitting services to make that happen for a lower price. We can also "homesit" while you are away or offer companionship/support aid to your family elder. Both of us are trust worthy ladies who have old fashioned values and respect your space and things. Our current budget is for the two of us TEMPORARILY. If all works out, we can then make more permanent arrangements. We are energy efficient and don't consume resources other than the minimum.
We are flexible to terms of stay. Both Exceptionally clean, non-smokers, mostly quiet. We are good at rotating chores, tending to all things domestic. Both of us enjoy cooking and baking so if the smell of food is okay with you, then it's a match! Positive people and healthy communicators/roomies are MOST WELCOME! Prefer women who are responsible to share spaces with and rent from. "Dogmates" are a HUGE plus! What matters to us is a Harmonious environment where we can understand each other respectfully.
