My name is Manel and I am a software engineer who works half of the time remotely and is pursuing a Masters on a part time basis. I prioritize hygiene, quiet, and safety. I prefer a place with good WiFi and AC, and with/near a gym. I don’t have pets (but don’t mind cats), I don’t smoke, and I keep the party outside of home.
Additionally, location is important to me and I prioritize a quick commute to Downtown Manhattan; access to Path/Train has to be <15 min.
My passions include lifting, dancing, and traveling. I would love to connect and potentially visit the room.
My move-in is ideally ASAP or before early June, with a duration of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
