Room for a single male

Hi,
My name is Bijan.
I am a 71-year-old male.
I am seeking a long-term rental for a small apartment or large room without carpeting and no furniture, but it must have a sizable closet.
Presently, I am renting an exceptionally nice, spacious, and clean room from a lovely family. Unfortunately, I must leave this place because of a sad situation. One of the two young children in the family suffers from severe autism. He cries and screams throughout the day and most of the night. The noise is unbearable for me. Though my heart goes to the youngster and his parents for their suffering, I find the situation very disturbing. This circumstance leaves me with no other option than to leave.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in social psychology from the University of California in Irvine, a Master’s of Science degree in cognitive psychology from Dalhousie University in Canada, and a Ph. D. in political psychology from the University of California in Irvine.
I am very health-conscious and athletic. I don’t drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes or pot, vape, or use drugs of any kind. I love animals; ergo, I am a vegetarian but don’t have a pet.
I have never declared bankruptcy and don’t have a criminal background.
I am quiet, friendly, conscientious, organized, clean, easy to get along with, and respectful.
My hobbies are reading, writing, engaging in the arts, camping, riding horses, traveling, and playing sports.
I do not use the kitchen, the dining room, or the living room, and I will not have guests.
I perform my work Virtually. I attend company meetings at our office in Newport Beach twice a week. I spend the weekends and evenings studying to attain a degree in technology. Therefore, I am hardly ever seen around the house.

Note: The lease at my current residence ends on August 1st. Unfortunately, I am bound by a lease that obligates me to pay one month's rent and make a deposit equal to the rent before two months’ notice. I must move to a new place on August 1st to avoid losing that money.
