Single Female Occupant w/ 1 Dog Seeking $700 Room

I am in my early 40's, no kids, and will have 1 dog in June 2026. I have a full-time job and have never been late on rent. I am pretty low-key and looking for a quiet, smoke free, cat free rental with a move-in date between April 20th - May 1, 2026. My current lease ends in April 2026.

I would prefer to find a room with a 1-year or more lease (as in, potential to renew at end of the first year) with all utilities included for $700. (If the option to renew isn't a possibility, it isn't a deal breaker, just a preference.)

In my spare time some activities that I like are: going for walks, reading; especially while sitting outside, watching movies, exploring the area, painting my own nails, and visiting friends/family.

*I currently do not have a dog, but will be acquiring my mom's dog as my mom recently passed away. I will be picking the dog up in June and need to find a rental that allows dogs prior to picking her up.*
