In town working and need a place call home tempora

Event professional in town for 12 months to complete a project. Looking for a safe and clean place. Call home temporarily. I’m from here, but my family have gone to be with the ancestors. I pretty much keep to myself. I work and I do a few social things. I actually won’t be at the house very much. Private bathroom is preferred, but I understand that most situations are a share situation. I’d pay a bit more if it’s available Prefer that utilities being included in the ability to do laundry. I cook a few days a week, especially if I’m meal prepping. I currently live with a family. But there has been a change and someone’s health situation and they are going to have to take in another family member. My need is fairly immediate.. I’d love to be within 20 to 25 minutes to the downtown area.
