I just turned 23. Have a very stable income working a serving job on the UWS. I am currently paying full rent for a one bedroom but i am trying to cut that expense down so I can go to school for plumbing. Im in a pretty long term relationship. Not a big drinker, probably once a month or 2. Not a smoker. Big into fitness. I spend 3 or 4 nights out of the week at my girlfriends house because she lives close to my job. Looking for somewhere in the Astoria/ woodside area but I am open to other neighborhoods near.. My current lease is up June 30th so ideal move in date being July 1 or even June 15 if possible.
