Room wanted in Boston, Suffolk County, MA

Looking for a cheap summer sublet ($700 or less) or a longer-term rental ($900 or less) for me and my elderly beagle ESA. I have fibromyalgia so my BR needs to be on the 1st floor. (Can do some stairs, so laundry in bsmt ok.) Must be dog-, queer-, and 420-friendly (outside use ok). If sublet, need bed, desk, dresser/shelving. in BR. If longer, need storage space in addition to BR and common area belongings. Must be near public transport, green space (or yard). Would love lots of light/windows, mature and progressive roomies who communicate openly. I'm a vegetarian - prefer veggie household but not a deal-breaker.
