I am a very friendly disabled veteran that is seeking a one bedroom or studio apartment for rent
I was previously staying in a residence for 8 years and the city was notified by a tenant who was about to be evicted and the city informed the owner that the tenants had to vacate because the residence was not zoned properly
I had no knowledge of this and it caught me by surprise
As a result of this i had to move out after staying there for 8 years
I paid my rent on time the entire time i was there
I receive guaranteed income every month and i can pass a background check
Also i use to be a security guard and i also used to be a very trustworthy house sitter
I do computer side work as i help clients out with various issues
If anyone has a one bedroom or studio apartment for rent please reply with how much the rent would be and send some pics of the room if you have any
My max limit would be 2000 and i can cover a security deposit
I am able to move in july 1st 2026
