Looking for med/large room on westside-ish

Hi! My name is Sabrina, and I'm a young professional working for the Los Angeles City Council, who has been living in Santa Monica for the last 8 or so months. Before that, I was in London for a few years for my undergrad!

I'm looking for a medium or large sized private room, preferably unfurnished, and am fine with other spaces being shared! My budget is $1,000 if bills are not included, $1,100 if they are. The west side is mainly my comfort zone so I'd love to stay in the area, but happy to move to other areas for the right place :)

I'm very neat and organized and am looking for the same, but am also super friendly, so we don't need to be besties haha but in an ideal world my roommate(s) would want to be friends at least! I also love cooking and baking and would be happy to have house/apartment dinners together every once in a while.


I’m a relatively quiet roommate but with an open and honest style of communication, and I’m not even home that much between work/family/friends haha, so you definitely won’t have to worry about me disturbing your space.
