Room wanted in New York

I am a professional remote engineer aged 23! I am looking for a small or large room, preferably large enough to have a desk to work. I am available to move from around November and have a budget of $2,500/month max (ideally less). I would prefer to share with other women, ideally between 22 and 28 years old and people in a similar life state (first job! or in grad school). My request is to have washer in unit or in building and have AC compatible windows, as well as windows in the bedroom and living space.

I am a clean person and enjoy being organized. I value open communication and will do my best to be a courteous roommate.
