PF seeks harmonious home, quiet 10/7am

Clean, tidy, professional female seeks room with great closet and or storage, (or a large room).

Looking for kind housemate(s) with solid communication skills.

My challenging quality and #1 criteria is--I need a quiet house, with a quiet housemate (at night) who keeps similar sleep hours 10:30pm-7 am.

Aside from that, most things we can find a workable solution to. I cook, grow herbs in the garden, like board games, social dancing, entertaining, keeping fit, other people's pets.

Bonus if the home has: yard with sun, parking, gym.
