Looking for a room
My current lease is ending at the end of June, and two of my roommates are moving out of state, so I’m seeking a new apartment.
A little info about me: I work as a theater manager off-Broadway, but I’m also a performer, and leave the city from time to time (I always continue to pay rent whenever I leave).
I’m seeking a relatively quiet living situation. I don’t really party, and view my living space as a place to decompress after work. I do sing from time to time but never at unreasonable hours.
All in all, I’m a pretty low-maintenance person.
